Incorporating resistance training into a weight loss program

Building strength and endurance while promoting a positive mindset.

Although these exercises alone may not specifically target fat loss in the arms and legs, incorporating them into a weight loss program can help you lose weight overall and improve mobility and strength. It's important to have a well-rounded plan that includes both a healthy diet and regular exercise like jumping rope.

🌏

Resistance training, such as push-ups and squats, can be a useful part of this plan as it helps to build strength and endurance while also promoting a positive mindset. To properly perform these exercises, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and placing the ball of your hand on the floor in front of your feet.

🐎

Begin in a push-up position with your feet apart and your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor. Lower your body as far as you can, maintaining balance, and then push back up to the starting position.

🐐

You can also try stepping back from the push-up position to a squat with a small amount of momentum and lifting your body as high as possible without losing balance. Remember to stretch your lower body and do some warm-up with the training jump rope before starting these exercises.
